Our relationship with the prestigious Hinkley Point C nuclear new build has developed significantly since we were introduced to the project in 2017. We are now supporting many of the tier 1 and tier 2 contractors with supervision and in-scope workers for both the civil engineering and mechanical construction phases.

Our many years of experience working to NAECI gave us a comprehensive knowledge of collective agreements and our proven experience in forging healthy industrial relations between clients and unions made us the perfect fit to provide a UK-based resource pool and payroll facility to tier 1 and tier 2 contractors engaged on the highly regulated project.

Providing daily support for our clients in complying with the project’s Common Framework Agreement and the various sector agreements – ECSA (Engineering Construction Sector Agreement), CESA (Civil Engineering Sector Agreement), SSA (Supervisory Sector Agreement) & SOA (Site Operatives Agreement) – we provide a service far beyond that of a traditional employment business.

From our initial offering of a fully compliant recruitment and sub-contract labour solution, we have developed a total-service offering for Hinkley Point C providing consultancy and project management, supervisory and in-scope personnel, all underpinned by Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person vetting, aligned to the project’s skills matrices, site-specific security clearance, welfare support, industrial relations management, and a direct and externally audited PAYE payroll on behalf of our clients.
