Mactech Energy Group Limited are a long-established group with a new service offering ‘Total Workforce Solution’ which is growing market within the energy sector. This is a fully compliant recruitment solution for those clients who operate under site agreements providing a fully vetted workforce and outsourced assistance with the client’s payroll.

Background – We operate payrolls in line with complex unionised site agreements which offers employees several different rates of pay, shift premiums, bonuses, and various allowances all of which are individual to each employee. These allowances are individual to each employee, as entitlement is dependent on their personal circumstances, such as home address, travel and accommodation arrangements, shifts and number of days worked etc.

The Project – We need a bespoke system built that can handle and automate tailoring individual employees entitlement to the complex rules and allowances of unionised agreements. This system needs to be able to cope with high volume transactions and stand up to scrutiny by project nominated auditors. Ideally it will link with our existing payroll solution Sage and if possible, assist with our invoicing requirements to customers.
