Job Title – Quality Administrator

Department/Area – Nuclear New Build Project & Surveillance Office

Contract – Fixed Term

Salary – Up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience

We are working for a substantial project that is building a new energy power station which is one of the UK’s largest construction projects. We currently require an Administrator to support all activities of the Nuclear New Build Project and Surveillance Office. This role is focused on supporting and Quality Control Management Team


Key Responsibilities:

Providing day to day administrative support to all activities of the Nuclear New Build and Surveillance Office in line with departmental procedures and objectives

Carrying out diary management duties for managers within the department and organizing meetings

Prioritizing workload, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness in approach, to ensure daily duties are performed to meet the demands of all stakeholders in a timely manner

monitoring and keeping accurate records all quality related data for documentation

Provide support to Project Implementation Managers responsible for Quality relate projects

Collating data and writing reports, specification checks, liaising with suppliers, specification checks, quality control, updating documents

Taking minutes in meetings, responding to a range of queries, and all other administrative tasks that may be required to support the activities of the Nuclear New Build Project and Surveillance Office



Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a busy, administrative role (preferably in a QA/QC department

Previous experience withing a busy project office environment (Experience working in a Quality Surveillance or Compliance team is advantageous but not essential)

Excellent organisation and communication skills, a good level of IT literacy, and the ability to analyse and interpret information quickly are required

A technical background, knowledge of ISO 9001 and auditing would be beneficial

Knowledge of the energy industry is preferred but not essential

Critical problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail to identify any anomalies

Adaptable to change within the internal policies or the external market
