Senior Construction Delivery Manager – Buildings

Salary Range £115,000 – £125,000

Large high profile project based in Somerset requires an experienced Manager to lead a building D&B contract to construct a large multi-disciplined facility. This project will involve managing a build construction scheme from inception through to fit out with a value in excess of £100 million.
Key responsibilities:
- Interoperating project plans and leading key construction teams to deliver a new build office facility, multi storey buildings and RC frame completion
- Managing construction project sequencing around building facades, internal fits outs and MEH installations
- Managing a large array of contractors and collaborating with various trades and subcontractors
Experience:
- You will have managed a large building project end to end with a value more than £50 million
- Key understanding of project phase plans, quality management, commercials and health and Safety priorities
- Working for a main contractor in live, operationally active or highly regulated environment
- Working closely with a Project Manager to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Formal qualification in a construction management discipline or equivalent vocational training + SMSTS or IOS qualification holders
